I booked onto the programme because at almost 1 I was still struggling with Arlo’s sleep. He’d never been a great sleeper, big on cat naps, up multiple times a night and needing lots of assistance to actually get to sleep. I could spend longer rocking him to sleep than he’d actually sleep for and as he got bigger it was becoming really unsustainable. The transformation has honestly been incredible, Arlo now has a short nap in the morning, almost two hours in the afternoon then he’ll go to sleep by himself at night and sleep right through till morning.

Morning Jem, just to say thank you for this week. We have shifted bedtime and it's only taken 30mins or so. She's also got up post 6am as a result, which means the eldest is sleeping longer too. And she's been napping for longer, so total sleep seems to be on the up slightly.
