"From 6 wakes to 1 in one night!"
I turned to this book when I was desperate not to use sleep training but my baby’s sleep had nose-dived for months and I was suffering badly. One night after 6 wakes and no more than 1.5 hours sleep I finally found the time to read this book. Spotted a few areas we could improve and she only woke twice last night. Would definitely recommend this book if you are looking for gentle ways to support your baby’s sleep rather than sleep training.

I think we must've read every bit of sleep advice on social media for our little sleep-stealer, and this is the only guide I've found that has actually worked for us!
This book not only contains practical, easy-to-follow information on supporting your baby towards developmentally appropriate sleep, but it explains much of the "why" around it as well, without any overly complex detail on the sciencey bits! Definitely a sanity-saver!

I can't recommend this book enough. It's so easy to read, even if like me you read it at 3am on the Kindle wondering why your baby won't sleep! It's more than just a book about sleep. We used the book to make a few tweaks to our routine (that I wouldn't have believed would make any difference) and have already gone from 3-4 wakes a night to just 1! If you want a book that reinforces your feelings not to leave your baby to cry it out but are in desperate need of changes and improvements to sleep this is the book for you.
